If the above things had been sorted we may be in a very much better psoition now.
Doing the double double shouldn't absolve martin of all the things he gets wrong. it's 4 games over 2 seasons.
We have lost more games than we've won and we have a minus goal difference and yet a lot of people still idolise Martin, if we actually make the play offs under him he'll be deified! | | | |

I don’t know anyone who idolises Russell Martin, however I do know plenty who see no point in dismantling the coaching staff at this point due to the type of football that is being achieved, albeit only recently.
There’s a bigger picture, the progression of the football within the academy and under 21’s is evident, that’s a knock on of the past two years of Russell Martin. It makes absolutely no sense to idolise anyone, let alone reference them as gods for kicking a football about.
There’s far more positives in retaining Russell Martin and his ideology than ripping it all up and starting again. |  |
