I think he is saying itās not true.
He needs to handle their press and communications better, we knew this eight days ago. Obviously before he was at the club ( apparently ) And reported it as fact.
He can say what he likes.
Marsh knew we were looking for a new man a month ago. As a website we take every step to ensure the accuracy of news we report and also have a very rigid behind the scenes format covering safeguarding and impact of news items. I canāt speak for any others of course, but on Marsh there was no need to not publish it. Winter we only referenced, I think WOL are getting stick for that.
In any event, he will need an extra cup of coffee in the morning and a long sit down, because heās been about as professional as an amateur over this. Out of his depth more like. |

Coleman's words were clumsy and not particularly well thought out, but the meaning behind them seemed clear to me. I would expect warnings to be issued to staff on the inside about who they talk to, even if those outside the club can't be touched. |  |

For sure. Like I said, they'll never control the entire narrative but they can at least put the frighteners on those actually employed at the club not to talk to those who don't.
I don't pay all that much attention to clubs that aren't the Swans. For all I know, their business is trumpeted for all to hear in various places as well, but I can understand why those in charge here might be a little niggled by it.
It may have been the intention to dispense with Marsh. It might not have been. I can completely understand the club being pissed off by the speculation either way. In the end all it's done is made the club look amateurish, even if it's not their fault.
