Sacked, according to The Mirror. 15 games. That went well.

Just what I thought Dave. A half decent manager should be able to right that ship with that squad, as Schumacher is doing with Stoke.

The '3 from 4' began to look line a '3 from 8' oh so briefly, but I reckon is now back to 3 from the current bottom 4 + possibly Plymouth.

I feel more sympathy for Rooney than Birmingham. But not much...

Never knowingly right.

Is the slightly good news that it's going to cost them a fair few squid to sack him and that will count against FFP and so hamper any spending plans they may have had to strengthen ?

"I do not believe 13 weeks was sufficient to oversee the changes that were needed." - that old chesnut. yeah but, no but... you took the club from 6th to 20th in 15 games/3 months.

"I plan to take some time with my family as I prepare for the next opportunity in my journey as a manager." - Manager?! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ......

We're not catching Rotherham, let alone a club 7 points ahead.

So it's not just us that bugger things up big time !!!

Here you get players disrespecting managers because they estimate their talent way too high for our managerial choices.

AT brum and others it's the manager that humiliates the players as they cant do what they did in their careers.

Either way it's lose lose but someone else this season will make a similarly idiotic snap decision.

He was always a poor choice. Especially when they sacked Eustace to get him.

It was touch and go between him and Lowe for next sacrifice.

I mean that really would complete the process all over again wouldn't it?

Rowett 6th >>> Zola >>> Harry

Eustace 6th >>> Rooney >>> Harry's fat nephew

They've had a nice, big juicy Jude Bellingham sell on clause payment recently don't forget.

Give him a few months, then sack him and bring Allardyce in for the last six games on a 5 million quid contract.

Unfortunately, they are talking to Tony Mowbray which would be a shrewd appointment

I think because he managed their local rivals, West Brom

"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."

Well maybe but not as bad as having managed Villa.

Anyway he's a decent Championship manager - if not Marti, then I'd be quite happy having him here.
