RIP Sir , if anybody examplifies his generation it's him and I don't mean that as a disservice to his comrades but as the last BOB pilot he should go down in history and not forgotten like so many others have.

The last battle of Britain pilot yes but not the last WW2 veteran. There's still a few soldiering on.

RIP Paddy, I bet you never accepted you were a hero because your generation was like that. It's why we call you the greatest generation.
