One thing that intrigues me about JM is that, for a player whose career was mainly as a lower division centre back, he seemed to lack the 'devil' necessary to be a feared opponent and always seemed to prefer to play fair. All centre backs need to instil some fear.
This brings me to his management. Wouldn't it be great if he could discover some inner nastiness, and convey this to the team in terms that they would fear to return to the dressing room without a victory? That'd get us into the play-offs and stop us from being a passive pushover.
