Always sad when a young player leaves but I’m not sure why he got a two year deal 12 months ago.
Obviously seen as the potential understudy to Beckwith at the time.
Half thought he might have ended up at Halifax under their new manager due to the Kings Lynn connection.

Not necessarily.
I would imagine we touted his name around as available for transfer, Waterford possibly needed a player in that position and a deal was agreed.
