Seems to have done quite a lot of press stuff over the last couple of days.
A two-page article in today's Echo, and he has separately spoken to Solent.
Strange how he doesn't seem to do this stuff after a few defeats.......

In fairness to Spors he didn't go to the press when we were playing badly, make excuses and claim everything was fine, nor did he start saying things about backing the manager and his job was safe etc, he kept quiet and seemed confident that he would get things right.
He bided his time and now it is going well, he can now explain his strategy and how it has worked, lets be honest 6 weeks ago no one on here was saying give the job to the U21 manager (whatever his name is), Spors probably couldn't get a word in with the amount of people telling him what "had" to happen.
He has let actions speak louder than words, I was going to say a little more about certain players, but as we know they have also let actions speak louder than words |  |
