Wasn't there a James (surname I forget) during the hostile takeover / tyre kickers period of 2021 who reckoned he'd got a degree in Physics from Manchester Uni aged 17? Not believed, and failed fact checks by supporters and shareholders. It sounded implausible. Some "degrees" are.
I've also read two articles in Michael Jolley's name where he goes on about "returning the club (bury) to its rightful place in the EFL". This version of bury have NEVER played in the EFL so how can they return to it? One wonders how that fib impacted on the decision making of those easily weakened by delusion?
