He's not on the offy's squad list and no mention of him on Hampton & Richmond's site where he was on loan until recently.

Or in future Championship matches. Pleased to see them getting some minutes. It doesn’t make sense for players to only train and never get match minutes and then be expected to step up to Championship matches.

They appear to have an academy and a development squad, but I've no idea which side we played.

He does seem a bit all arms and legs but I think he could be a handful and think he has the potential to improve and be a bit of an upgrade on our last Aussie number nine.... Although I am reliably informed Lyndon was of Scottish ilk !!! [Post edited 6 Jan 23:59]

| Man City Academy v QPR DS today on 11:18 - Jan 7 with 642 views | Beckenhamhoop | With Burrell being injured Bennie is now first back up for Kone and Kolli (I’d play him ahead of Frey) With 8 goals in 10 for the DS he’s deserved some minutes in the first team. He seems better suited to being a striker than a winger because he clearly knows how to score. | | | |
| Man City Academy v QPR DS today on 11:24 - Jan 7 with 616 views | Malintabuk | When he played in the pre season friendlies I thought he did really well. He is a big unit for his age and a decent player. Think the injury to Burrell though might hamper him a little. I would have thought we could have got him out on a decent loan, but he may well now be sat on the bench as back up, rather than getting game time. | | | |

I thought exactly the same about him being loaned out. He could definitely do with regular men’s football and there was some noise about him going to L1 clubs. A loan out might still be a possibility later in the window depending on the injury to Burrell. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

I don’t think Kolli will play 90 minutes every week like Burrell has been playing. He’s young and has been injury prone. Surely Bennie’s likely to come off the bench at least if Burrell is out for a while? Hopefully he’s going to be back soon though and Bennie will get a loan. We’ve been a bit disappointing in loaning people out IMO, not sure if that’s because other clubs are unwilling to take our players or because we want to keep them as back up. Depends on the player obviously. Midfielders maybe less useful to go out on loan at the lower levels which often seem to bypass midfield altogether but you’d have thought Walsh could’ve done with a loan out at any level as I wouldn’t have thought it makes such a difference for a goalie.
