Is Wembley's ticketing system really that bad or is it just me? 12:14 - May 8 with 2949 views

Tickets came as a PDF.
No option to transfer by email or add to Google/Apple wallet.
Went the old way and printed them off...came out quite small.
No amount of enlarging/rotating made a difference.
I know Im getting on a bit but I'm far from a Luddite and have never seen issues like this.
Is it just me or have we been spoiled by FanBase?

Although it says not to - just going to try and scan QR screenshots from phones on Sunday. It's worked at Spotland so don't see how it wouldn't down there.

Seems a bit ridiculous that there's no option to share and 'add to wallet'.

I've screenshot the individual QR code and sent it to each person's phone rather than just use mine. Obviously if that doesn't work will have to do it off my phone 9 times.

I think FanBase is a good system and the add to wallet and scan is great. The tickets if you print them are a faff with the folding etc.

Yeah it's not been a great process. You shouldn't have to mess about with pdf editors just to send friends their tickets in this day & age.

Fanbase seem to be picking up new clubs daily. It's clear they identified a gap in the market & have done superbly at solving a lot of fans frustrations with ticketing. If they can solve the issues that Scunthorpe & others have had with allowing clubs to sort away tickets out they will clean up.

The folding business is weird. I'd have thought the objective would be to have the QR code at both the front and back (otherwise why include it twice) but the suggested origami method doesn't acheive that

It took me hours of logging in to get the area I wanted to be with a decent seat/standing area.

Getting a Dale ticket is easier by far.

As for the A4 bag, in other words don't bring anything of your own into the ground so we can fleece you. Against Stockport chicken and chips was £7.50 God knows what that is now
