Hamstring Injuries 21:39 - Oct 21 with 2664 viewsBlueWizard

There are so many Hamstring Injuries you have to wonder why ? Is something missing in the warm up ? More focus needed on exercises and strengthening those areas ? It does seem very strange.

I had a bad injury with my hamstring years ago and I was told by a very well versed physio that I should take up yoga and strengthening exercises.

Obviously, our own Physios are well versed so they must be alerted to this very unlucky sequence of bad injuries.... Let's hope we have used all our injuries up in the 1st half of the season 🤞☘️

Interestingly I do an actually think that machine learning, done correctly will speed up the understanding of how our complex systems (bodies) actually interact. It isn't going to arrive quickly though. The current version of AI is, in my view, nothing more than a very powerful search engine with a degree of weighting built in. Accurate it is not. I'm much more concerned about Quantum Computers than I am about AI (well, actually I'm probably concerned about the combination of quantum computers and machine learning as that will have a massive impact on every aspect of life).

Have a read up on the "Hugging Face" Incident. That alone should be enough to change the view on AI being nothing more than a search engine.
