Match Preview: Rochdale vs Doncaster Rovers on 11:18 - May 1 with 852 views
I actually think regardless of our result Wigan and Wimbledon might pull out some shocks today. Don't know why just seems to be the way things have gone over the last few weeks.
Being whimsical, doesn’t it seem a long time since we played Donny at home? So much has changed since August 2019. First home of the season and we were full of optimism following an away win at Tranmere on the opening day. It was the same day as the Rochdale Feel Good weekend in town and it chucked it down for much of the day. It was O’Connell’s first home game and it’s ironic that his last home game probably will be against the same opponents. The player that afternoon who made me go wow though was Rhys Norrington -Davies. The more I think about it the inability to sign a decent leftback this season may have been the biggest single contributory factor on the field to our probable relegation.
