Botters is at it again 20:08 - Mar 7 with 5055 viewsIOMDale

James Rowe appointed at Fylde. To say Fylde supporters are angry is an understatement.

Also, noticed this interesting tidbit. Has Roger been mixing with yet MORE ‘characters’?

A classic Bottomley appointment. Misconduct? Pah!

Seems to be heavy links to a guy called Joseph Cala (google Cala Gateshead for more info).

Then have a read of this:

Sound familiar?

I'd be even more nervous now if I was Bottomley - the press attention this is getting, as well as Fylde supporters openly questioning their owner's version of 'due diligence' will keep the spotlight on them for a while yet.

There will be no posts made until James Rowe is out.

Quite funny how they want to get on their moral high horse now after ignoring us for months about old Roger.

Chickens coming home to roost and all that.

Classic Roger smokescreen.

Get everyone talking about James Rowe. Forget about Roger.

Roger wins.

Roger likes smokescreens!

When Andy Curran visited Dale as a Swindon Director, Botters needed a smokescreen to ensure we didn't see.

Do you remember this?

Oh yes. The statement. The night of The Speakmans. The fastest "communication" the apologist for poor communications ever did as he shat himself at the consequences, legal and otherwise, of his sycophancy. Self-serving in every instance was Roger...

For those who have missed the irony, during Covid-19 restrictions, when fans and season ticket holders weren't allowed to attend a Dale game, Roger was inviting whoever he saw as profitable to himself into the ground for games. The Speakmans, and Andrew Curran to name but 3. He called the Speakmans "Club representatives" as they "offered support". Who had ever seen them at a Dale game? What utter nonsense. If you wanted proper support you'd invite the young lads who sing and holler for the Dale for 90 minutes each match, not a pair of scam shrinks and a gangster and his hangers on. But Roger didn't. Ego rules with Roger. Not the law. That we hadn't won for a club record of 19 games at home was nothing to do with Roger. We beat Swindon that night, all reflected glory had to be on Roger, not the immorality of who attended. That's how Roger works.
Satire took it's course. Roger loves a sale of mugs and memorabilia ...

I'm not so sure the former Rochdale director and employee will have such freedom to make unilateral decisions under the KFC Fylde owner, Colonel Haythornthwaite than he had serving under the brass-necked mute.

Poll: What is it to be then?

Interestingly, they have updated their Who's Who page today.

https://www.afcfylde.co.uk/whos-who/

Equally interesting that David still isn't on there!

Imagine how bad it must feel not to be formally announced by an employer having been there for around 4 months, and they then announce a new manager (with all the rumours, links to charlatans, and alleged behaviour at Chesterfield) so publicly and be willing to face such a backlash.

WHY has David Bottomley not yet been formally announced in public by AFC Fylde? A page and cheesy photo in the programme doesn't count, as that clearly is aimed at keeping it to as small a circle as possible.

#2022 indeed.

I was just about to share that 'rally cry'... free coach travel stinks of trying to buy the fans back on side, and some of it is borderling gaslighting the fans.

'Following the appointment of James Rowe, it’s time for a united effort by everyone both on and off the field'

In other words, suck it up and give us your money / support.

Still no Bottomley announcement outside of the limited programme readership. Still no interview with the new manager. Still no chance of EFL football in 2022.
