It's sensible tying him down to a two year deal. He was very highly rated as a kid but has suffered from injury. He showed that he was over those injury problems with a run in the side. A good start to the season and the vultures would be circling.
I thought he was one of our better players towards the end of last season and I was glad we triggered the one year option. In the two home pre-season games against Carlisle and Salford, he's looked very comfortable at RCB. He can play RB, RCB & RWB. We need that versatility. |  | | |

What I like about our team is that they are playing with a smile on their faces and it's not a burden to turn out for Dale which fans pick up on.
It's been a chore for a few seasons for fans and players.
