Given he was already serving a suspended prison sentence for his social media actions, it was inevitable he was going to be remanded in custody. The guy he has allegedly assaulted is an ex Football Team manager that lives locally. It happened at 9pm at night - so not a dispute on the golf course. I have met Barton on several occasions in a previous life, and he has a very short fuse. | | | |
