In all seriousness, signing Holt as a squad player could be a very good move. To make it a very good move we'd have to not pay him very much though (or guarantee much football) and that would be an impossibility. Saw him a few times at Wigan and he was awful. My youngest son did meet him once before a match as he was on a Wigan Athletic football course. He says he was really nice and they talked about Rochdale.

Same problem myself with Huddersfield and Wigan supporting mates. If it was 6/7 years ago I'd love him back as he is now he's over the hill sadly. I'd expect him to end up at Carlisle perhaps or Barrow. Somewhere near home and a lower level than L1. |  |
