It was a decent afternoon, most of what was said has come up in BBM’s interviews which illustrates how such openness benefits everyone on an ongoing basis.
He’s very in tune with fans and clearly pays attention to how people feel, made a conscious effort to see things from a supporter’s point of view, eg. On style of play.
Believes we have a core of players who are really good - O’Connell, McShane, midfielders.
Sanchez won’t be coming back. RND unlikely - both may end up on loan in the Championship
The bit on Henderson was what he said on the forum, thinking he could stay but depends what happens in the summer.
Plans are in place around recruiting players and are there on an ongoing basis. Seemed to be clear on what he wants to improve.
Wolves are impressed how Matheson is playing since they signed him. Every time they challenge him to step up a level, he meets it.
But yeah, what stood out was the way he engages supporters in a way Hill didn’t. |  |
