I am going to stick my neck out here. I am hoping that Robbie can motivate these lads to win the replay. This is a young and inexperienced team and some of them will be dreaming of playing higher level opposition. A tie against Sheffield Wednesday will be big for them. He needs to pick them up and show why it matters to their future playing careers.
They can start by improving on Saturday. But I am hoping we are playing on the 4th December rather Christmas shopping |  | | |

Well of course, that's what we all hope for dalenet. Don't think you've stuck your neck out very far with that one
What i'm getting at is something different; the passage of time and events compared to when we've drawn them in cup competitions (mainly the League Cup) and of course when we famously beat them at Spotland in the league in 2011
There was a genuine anticipation of those games. The non-reaction to the draw was pretty telling; and it wasn't just down to it being only a possible tie

Was hoping you guys you would get through against County, should make for a decent game at yours, though obviously the attendance is likely to be affected by the TV coverage. Be disappointed if we didn't still bring 750-1000 up though. I know some of you will be disappointed you don't have Wednesday, but in 270 minutes against us this season they haven't scored once and have scored Six. We are where we are in the league on merit, unbeaten in the league since opening day so should make for an entertaining 90 minutes(if it doesn't go to replay obviously).
