In the worst of the Hill day’s we very rarely got out fouled during a game, and most games had double the fouls of our opponents. Thus inviting pressure on an already fragile defence.
Giving away cheap possession is no way to win a game. Sure be ready to mix it with a rugged side, but otherwise I will be happy if we keep this record. | | | |

Yep. Hill’s best Dale sides were always top of the Fair Play league too. There’s nothing to suggest they’re correlated though I do think we’ve been (more so under BBM) far too naïve and friendly. |  | | |
