I very much doubt this has anything to do with the new management team. Or the old one.
The long established Academy team will be responsible for bringing young talent into the club. It’s nothing new, and we’ve probably only heard about it because the lads club has broadcast it on Twitter out of pride. There will be many more like him, good luck to all of them.
