Great game of football and proves what a great league the Championship is, to be honest the prospect of PNE match sort of does not alight the senses, but the game had everything. There is belief in this Rangers team and Stephan made the right call at half time. For me in 2nd half, Kamara, Madsen and especially Poku made the difference. Poku without doubt his best game in a QPR shirt and hope that gives him the confidence to push on. Big shout out to the crowd yesterday we really helped get the boys get a result. |

What a comeback yesterday, down to 10 men from 15 mins in, then 2 nil down, a fantastic 2nd half performance to get a draw and could have gone on to win it. Brilliant atmosphere yesterday the Rangers support were really on it to help the team. |

We are looking much more solid defensively this season, helps with a confident goalkeeper between the posts and 3 very good centre backs in Dunne, Edwards and Clarke-Salter. Also really like Kamara in midfield, strong ball winning player and you can tell the difference when he is on the pitch. Still need more from Poku and for me the jury is out on him, especially when he starts, goes missing a bit too much. I do like Vale but he needs to cut out those lazy passes and half hearted tackles, which sometimes puts us in trouble. But comparing our start this season to last season head and shoulders above that, and a good away draw at West Brom not to be sniffed at. |

Good point for QPR at in form West Brom, maintaining our unbeaten away record.We look a much better team with Kamara on the pitch. Defensively much better this season. [Post edited 12 Sep 14:37]

Going along nicely, much more positive start this season. Tough away game tomorrow probably toughest away game on paper so far, a point at West Brom will be great. Either way need to beat Preston at home, just to get us those first 3 points at home we deserve with how we have been playing. |

Modern players seem much more susceptible to impact injuries than those in the old days, when players played on clogged up pitches, slower pace and not the finely toned athletes they are these days. I do wonder if modern pitches that are like carpets have an effect as well as over training. I just can't remember back in the 70s and 80s when squads were smaller so many injuries to players , or were they just harder players that played through a higher pain threshold as there was no more than 1 sub to replace them. |

Thought Kamara was superb last night and Madsen is back on song. Should have won, especially with the Smyth chance. Shame losing Dunne & Lamptey to injuries. Got to say I like Mbengue this season, showing a lot of improvement and dangerous on the right side. Edwards is also starting to play very well. |

I think we will need to get used to Julien changing line ups regularly and I don't have a problem with his approach. It is still early in the season and we have a much more rounded squad now and if adapting line ups and tactics works, then so be it. Middlesbrough are a well tuned machine who have spent a decent amount of money, comparing how we played them in March and our performance on Saturday showed how far we are progressing. Let's face it we should be beating the Cardiff's,Portsmouth and Blackburn types of teams if we are going to really make a go of it in the division. I would suggest Charlton is in that bracket, West Brom difficult team especially at their place. |

Agree with you, watching that game from the upper loft yesterday we more than matched Boro, whereas last season we were well off the pace. Shame Chair went off early with the injury, for me at the moment both Poku and Kone are not starters we looked a whole lot better when Burrell came on as well as Smyth. Also introduction of Kamara and Madsen in the midfield. Also think Saito did a decent job when he came on for Chair. More positives for me than negatives yesterday, although sort of knew once Boro got that 1st goal would be difficult to break them down, a draw would have been a fair result. Two difficult away games to navigate now, let's see how we respond to our first in game defeat. |

Team selection a bit off today, much improved in the 2nd half when our subs were on. Poku just does not seem to be the player we were expecting and Kone poor again. But we gave Boro a good game, much improved than where we were last season. |

Looking forward to this one with both nerves and optimism. Nerves that Boro will turn it on again at LR, but with optimism we have progressed and can get a good result. For me something clicked in that pre-season game against Fiorentina, the sort of spark and confident performance that has ignited the momentum we are now witnessing. |
