An attacking left back brought in to play the snakes expansive football that ended up having to do a whole lot of defending without much support. Ultimately 130 games in 3 years is very impressive and shouldn't be understated, a consistent 6/10 is sometimes what you need. Looking forward to seeing if Larkeche and Esquerdinha can step up next year. Potentially Vale too if he continues in that position. |

Absolutely the same. Bailed on by the manager that brought him into his "project" and last summer the club trying to flog him the entire window. Despite that never hid or complained and showed up week in, week out. Wish him the best. |

I can't see his podcast episode with Netanyahu, odd |

There's ways around it though as with everything. Forest owner put his shares into a blind trust to avoid issues with Olympiakos but he's still front and center of it all. All the Red Bull clubs in Europe etc. |

The "I'll have to go to Winchester City's pages for QPR manager updates" comments were quite good though |

At the moment it's top 7 in Europe, 8th place gets additional spot in the following situations: 1) Chelsea finish seventh and win the Conference League 2) Chelsea finish sixth and win the Conference League, while Newcastle finish seventh I think that boat has sailed for Brentford after losing to Fulham anyway |

I think fans will always have expectations tied to the players cost or salary, not that it's fair to the players themselves, Madsen didn't ask to be our costliest transfer in the summer for example. However to scrutinise the "business" of a free transfer in this case I think is a reach. If you look at our other frees in the summer, Nardi and Morgan, I'd say we've done very well in 2/3 of these signings. |

We love a good moan but it does seem with the transfers some people are expecting 100% success rate. |

I'm not as cynical on this, it was a low risk free transfer that didn't work out, can't hit on them all. I'm sure they'll find a way to mutually part ways if he isn't in the future plans. Good luck to him |

We've been quite involved in the Aussie market in the past year, Bennie signed, Offers for Waddingham in January, Pearman joining in the summer. Maybe there can be an agreement to get first dibs on other young players, send ours out there on loan etc. |

A 24 page thread on our loan striker scoring 27 goals eventually being spun into Nourry comments. That wasn't predictable at all |

They've stepped up his coverage massively on socials recently so I don't get this. Where is the information on a buy option also? |

Below were some of Ruben's comments on the council in 2021. Starting to repair this relationship and work closer with the council can only be a positive step "We might need to look elsewhere to find other spaces which are more viable - and that's what we are looking at right now," said Gnanalingam. "It's not easy to deal with this borough. "I think in this borough it's just way too hard to convince the people involved that this is something they want to do, even though we think we can create a lot more jobs and income for the borough." In response, Hammersmith & Fulham Council said QPR had not been in touch with "any plans of substance" for more than two years, adding that they are "willing to bend over backwards" to help the Championship club. |

Below are all of the category 1 teams that are involved. I think it's important not to downplay the achievement as all of these teams will have better resources and it's QPR's goal to achieve this status in the next few years. Ultimately as this cup is optional it looks like some of the big boys have dropped out as they don't fancy their pampered players rocking up at the likes of category 4 Bromley which is a shame. This would probably mirror their sentiment if the EFL cup was optional for the seniors Category 1 Blackburn Rovers Brighton & Hove Albion Chelsea Derby County Everton Leeds United Leicester City Norwich City Nottingham Forest Reading Southampton Sunderland West Bromwich Albion Wolverhampton Wanderers |

Nourry hate on this forum aside, how would he not be responsible for the sudden improvement of the academy? He's cleared out the deadwood implementing a focus on using 16-18 year olds in the under 21 team to help further development. The previous regime still had 25 year old Charlie Owens rocking up for the team week in, week out. I also believe a majority of that squad has been signed since he's arrived. I think this is one of the areas you can give him some flowers |
