Not on my Christmas card list so wouldn't know.
Just remember that when he moved to WOLVES from West Ham ,one reason quoted was the need to be nearer his family,so you could well be right.

Don't think he will struggle to find a club somewhere in the Midlands to extend his career.
Reports on Deadline day suggested that a swap deal to Leicester had been muted.
To added to his "W" theme perhaps Walsall might be next stop.
Whilst the idea of a sentimental return would be great, just don't see it being an attractive proposition even to train when you live in the Midlands.
Appreciate his days at Premiership level are probably at an end, but still think he has the nous to play in Championship for a couple more seasons and still earn decent money |

I appreciate that we sometimes look at the standard of Refs we have to put up with at our level feeling that sometimes they can leave a little to be desired,but a little heartened after watching the horror show by one of our top refs tonight at Goodison Park. Certainly not one of his best displays. |

An interesting story in today's press with regard to Pep's style of play where to be fair I feel the possession style of play originated. When questioned by coaches at a League Managers Association about his style of play he replied "Don't copy me, why would you copy me? I've got the best players.

Do wonder as to whether the" possession based football" is being found out.
If Declan Rice can get dispossed on the edge of his own area then there is not a chance it won't happen at our level
Next point.Last Saturday Brighton had 64 per cent of the play and lose 7-0 .
Is the end of possession based football coming to an end ? |
