I firmly believe "geraldo" that our fans will come back again, if we can start producing some results, Thanks once again "Col" for a brilliant article. We as supporters now need to get right behind Chris Beech and give CD and the rest of the board the chance they need to get the right man in.
Since Dunphy and Co. took over the running of this Football club, we have never had it so good ,a trip to Wembley - Promotion after 40 years , for a club like Dale it don't get much better .
I, for one , and I am sure you must all feel the same , would be absolutley delighted to end this season in 20th position or higher. Well we dont have to far up the table to climb to achieve this,
As for the players.: we certainly have the quality to remain in league 1. giving a chance to young Matty Edwards, or to utilise the more expierienced David Lucas, I am confident with either one in Goal. JW and young Darby at fullback, we cant go wrong. Nicky A, Ash, JLAA, Reece Gray, David Ball and Young Bunn (if he stays) up front, you just have to give plenty of service to young Ashley , we all know he can score with head and feet. as for the rest of the park, what with GJ, JK, MH, BBM, D Holden, S Jordan, Berkamp , Pim , Hackney , Twaddle , we should be able to make a first class team from all those to choose from.
