Sky Sports News have linked us with Tottenham winger Andros Townsend.

The mega-broadcaster predict that Simon Grayson will sign another Spurs youngster in January on-loan, despite little success with Ben Alnwick and Jake Livermore last season.

Spurs' 20-year-old winger Andros Townsend is apparently available, despite featuring in Tottenham's ill-fated Europa League campaign regularly and scoring against Shamrock Rovers.

Townsend is no stranger to loan moves, having already made SIX in the infancy of his career, he has been farmed out to Yeovil, Leyton Orient, MK Dons, Watford, Ipswich and Millwall.

I honestly have never seen him play or heard of him, so cannot say I am that excited if there is any truth in the rumours. If he was any good then surely he would be more of a regular in the Spurs team now.
