Not for us, but for Bury. i was credit checking a potential customer and decided to nosey onto BFC's file and was (or maybe not) supprised to see a new CCJ for circa £22k lodged only Wednesday this week. looks like they are in need of a bumper crowd tomorrow to settle some bills

So it’s an emergency now?
This was particularly apt from one person in response to more information being available: “Some things can only be known to FB members and not put out into the public domain.”
Which is one of the main reasons they are where they are today. But they know. It serves as a suitable reminder around clear, detailed information wherever possible.

Most normal, reasonable people would hold their hand up and admit to their mistakes and apologise if appropriate Shun. I've been following developments over there for the last month and the majority fall into that category. Then there are the Mavericks and Bistows of this world. You reap what you sow.
I originally thought MrBistow was a Dale fan masquerading as a diluted bury fan. Turns out it’s a genuine account.
bullockballamos, and to a lesser extent ShakerRyan, along with MrBistow, were the worst “enjoy the ride” culprits on the bury message board. Fans raising concerns very early on in the Day reign were shouted down for questioning where the money was coming from and/or questioning how the club was being run. That stinks to high heaven.
I don’t want to see bury go to the wall, but if they do my sympathy will be with the vast majority of their fans. It won’t extend to the likes of MrBistow or bullockballamos who shouldn’t have turned on their own for having a moral compass.

Given this matter is now in the national sports press, what more could forever bury actually know that isn't already part if this media storm?
And if they did have further information, why conceal it to a select group of insiders as opposed to getting that message into and on the national sports press.
Here’s how Pompey did it - not exactly difficult to replicate.
Has Dave Giffard done any form of national interview over the last two weeks?
If he has, I've not seen it but I have seen Steve Dale’s version everywhere.
George Bernard Shaw had it right:
"He who can does; he who cannot, teaches."

This FB members exclusive news pisses me off more than anything. To a casual outside observer they are utterly clueless. Should the worst happen to Bury FC, I implore their fans to send FB the same way. All of these financial woes happened on their watch, wtf is the point of them? They’re a waste of a portakabi... err cabin that is on stilts and is portable.

I said last night in a text to Rammyshaker that there would be no more piss taking by me on this thread but I can’t resist replying to Little Miss Bitter who is now accusing me of being that ‘Harrysmate’ character. It’s really not that difficult to realise who it is but it’s certainly not me, sugarlump. I’ve simply not got the time I’m afraid so you’ll have to think up some new paranoid conspiracies along with your mongspotter one I’m afraid.
Silly little girl.

It's all very interesting to many of us, i'm sure. All of it
But suggesting you haven't got the time? Might be leaving yourself open to suggestions otherwise!

Oi, pinky.
Perhaps we could have a secret section on here called ‘The Committee’ so delicate little flowers like skyblueshaker don’t have to cry over my posts.

It’s sad isn’t it? To all the self pitying, sensitive, easily offended buckets who are crying at posts on this board, having blocked their own to “outsiders”, here’s a suggestion. Put all your bucket collections into Kleenex shares, I know you were using them for a different purpose when SD1 was in charge but better late than never. Or stop reading posts on here!!! Always the victims, never your fault.

Loving the Rochdale thread over there with all the crying and talk of banning anyone deemed to be from here, ooooooh please Vinny they are taking the pee on our board...They are more bothered about a couple of posters than a couple of shysters that have destroyed their club, perhaps BOB can use the funds raised to build a wailing wall near the houses that SD will eventually build on Gigg so they can make a weekly pilgrimage and have a fkin good cry.....
Yep. What football needs is the hapless government handling things. Use it as a threat by all means, but better the efl get out the iron fist. Clubs get suspended from all competition if their accounts are late, all incoming funds have to be verified and validated before being used. No more dodgy loans or sponsorships. Change of ownership or the employment of people at clubs need to be verified and any dodginess leads to blocking and no people acting on their behalf. Clean this sport up, then when clubs are legit in trouble they can be helped knowing it’s likely an issue such as a sponsor going bust or something. No financial punishments, just strip clubs of membership regardless of who they are.
