Think Kel means that today’s Trust statement, much like the one made by the club, was for all supporters to read. Not just Trust members.

But for here though 442, how would people know? That was my original point mate

The Trust has been in an incredibly difficult situation, made 100times harder by having to deal with a particular person within the club. Whilst there is any possibility of having a good working relationship with the club then of course they will harvest it. However; I think any shred of them working with the club has vanished for now; certainly until changes in the Board are made.

Why don't you actually volunteer to do a couple of years on the Trust Board... giving up valuable time to try to help supporters and the community.? They are always in need of additional help.

Anyhow; I'm actually glad you're back adding to those of us who've been here all along questioning DB's actions since the day he was made a Director.

I think you will find there are not many who have questioned the CEO more than me since he became a Director, over all social media sites and also face to face, i feel comfortable when I make that claim and i think he would confirm that also.

I have always given credit to those volunteering to go on the Trust Committee but there are reasons why I am not a member. I think they are too close to those in the boardroom, especially the CEO. The Trust Chairman is a friend of the CEOs and was with him on that infamous Stag do. Our resident key board warrior and big girls blouse Kel was a Trust Committee member when he referred to the supporters as ‘mongs’...he then had to resign in shame and instead of owning his actions and words like a real man would he has since tried to put the blame on others...it was all his own work, nobody else’s. He can’t get over it unfortunately.

So I have never really seen the Trust as credible and they have been conspicuous by their absence for months on end, it’s only now that things are starting to unravel that they have found their voice. In the future who knows i might volunteer to help out, one thing I can promise is that I will treat the fan base with the respect they deserve. I’ll have a think about it anyway.

Nor can you by the look of it.

“ I will treat the fan base with the respect they deserve”

Apart from when you send them private messages threatening to “drop” them.

But all supporters matter more than Trust members. No Trust member will miss out on the news if they check the Trust site daily (or here).

Having done emails to the entire Trust membership in the past, it requires accessing a different system and it was something I did when time allowed. Putting a statement up on their website is probably quicker. The club don’t send out immediate emails with every bit of news or story on their site, we have to check it.

There isn’t and never should be any special privileges for members when it comes to information.

Have sent you a PM (a nice one 😀)

Sorry not got it!

Will send you one which you can reply to.

In response to your other question as to how people will know, it’s the same as when the club release news, they’ll see it on the website or social media. Suppose everyone has different ways of accessing info, some will rarely check emails for example and just visit regular sites for news.

For the Trust stuff going forward with so much going on, their website is going to be worth bookmarking as much as here.

It’s alluded to a lot isn’t it? Like everything else though, he can’t answer a straight question so don’t go holding your breath. I think a lot of what allegedly went on is made up in his head to try to discredit others, hence the lack of answers when questioned.

I went to the Purple Door. Twice.

And I didn't eat all the beans on the Wetherspoons breakfast.

To be fair, I’ve seen Kel apologise on here a few times about that incident. It’s irrelevant though as, as far as I’m aware, he’s no longer on the Trust committee.

Also, many thanks to funkkk for making me google ‘hairy waterfall.’
