The same formation which has given us good performances in the past. We controlled games against Millwall, Blackpool and Rotherham. Alright, today and Blackburn wasn't good enough.
I think we need to delve into the transfer market, and Martin needs to have a look at the formation a little bit, and change patterns of play etc. But, this formation fits in ALL our best players. You cannot go changing formation every game, as that leads to confusion and definite lack of faith in manager. Nor, can we continue to sack managers, or lose managers continually.

Regardless of the formation... 4-4-2, 4-5-1, 3-4-3 doesn't matter... If they're not prepared to play more attacking when they have the ball and only interested in possession then we're always going to struggle.
We haven't got quick wing backs who can take players on and whip crosses into the box... So I'm at a loss why we play that formation, but it doesn't matter... It's the tactical instructions (and/or players) that need to change. And if Martin isn't prepared to do it then he needs to be replaced too! | | | |

We just don’t have the coach to make it happen. Different level but look at what Eddie Howe’s done with Joelinton. Turned him into one of the best destroyers in the premier league because he identified his credentials. There’s many other examples up and down the divisions. | | | |

My partner took the kids to the game yesterday and I watched the game on IPTV. I turned it off after 30 mins and turned on the PlayStation.
