So long as the football isn't ridiculously poor and we're picking up enough points then at least 12 months.
We have a pretty decent squad but any manger needs at least two windows to get the players in to fit the style he's trying to embed. | | | |

I think what stood out to me was his passion for what the club is and what he wants to install. As well, he mentioned how we are a squad and not so much a team and that he wants to work on this. Sheehan I believe ea reported to be well liked but maybe the team just lost faith in things.
