One that definitely sticks in the mind: The Clash 1977 at Manchester Apollo - peak punk days, ripping up seats, bouncing around in drainpipe jeans, spitting and general mayhem.

For a atmosphere it must have been the Inspiral Carpets in the paradiso Amsterdam 2 nights before Utd beat Barca in the cup winners cup was that 91/92 season ?cracking atmosphere and i didnt know in them days they where reds so as they came on and started with this is how it feels 2 b shitty it went a bit wild

Completely agree. Faith No More were the highlight of that day, made the gig worthwhile. Axl Rose's time keeping and skirt changing couldn't quite spoil it. | |

Not all reds, Clint doesn't support anybody, graham is more a cricket man. Gilly is city (I think) with only Martin an out and out red. Not sure about Tom Hingley but New/old singer Ste Holt is a devout city fan | | | |
