Guess what their home attendances are? Less than 7000 apart from bigger matches. Yet there they are beating the likes of Arsenal in the Champions League. I know they have a billionaire owner but how do they manage it? Are they exempt from this UEFA financial fair play policy?
It proves a point that you can be successful and unhampered with low attendances.

Cheer up Hilly. Champions League here we come. Up The Dale!

Top players are attracted to Monaco because it is a tax-free haven and one of the most glamorous places in Europe.. don't think Rochdale can quite compete with that!

Oh I dunno?

We've got Hollingworth Lake and young idiots tear-arsing around our streets in souped-up tin cans. Not so different after all.

With a population of around 35000 its hardly surprising, they're all off at the docks, or cashing their money through their dogs accounts.

Life is a game of fate.

I imagine a lot of Monaco's support comes from nearby French towns and citys like Nice as easy and cheap to get too. If you're willing to sit amongst the Pleb(s) then Tickets are relatively inexpensive to see world class footballers and I'm sure there's a decent le chippy nearby. I wonder if Café de Paris let in Football fans?
