Everything you have said this morning about Matthew Southall seems a little bit too much in deference for a man who Charlton fans actively despise.

Unless you can point to it on the national press or the EFL's website then you are sadly making it up.

According to the EFL OADT :
"unless a Court of competent jurisdiction makes an order under that Act permitting an appointment as director of a Club;

On 5th December 2021 you had not satisfied the debt owed to Optimus Build and had been served statutory documents.
