Talking of such appointments and their roles. What happened with last year’s AGM after it was understandably postponed and wouldn’t it need to happen before this year’s? Not sure about the specifics required but it would be good to get a clear update, especially as there was an EGM called ahead of it. There was this article on the OS last March:

With that in mind, the Trust, as shareholders, need to find out and update their members similarly as they too had called an EGM, so would that be required again?
