Rochdale folk would moan if the pies were free and served by Linda Lusardi wearing only an apron!! The profit margin on a pie will be around 0.75-1.25 GBP taking into account cost of ingredients, labor, electricity, transportation etc. doesn’t seem a lot when everything is taken into account. |  | |  |
