If we're going to get Conrad, it should, by now, be all but agreed.
Can't see us getting Jack back, particularly if Brentford don't go up.
Same story with Murphy. If Norwich don't go up I suspect he'll stay there and will be on the peripheries of the first team squad.
We should be doing everything in our power to bring Daggers back in my opinion. His energy and direct running would suit the Done-shaped gap perfect. Hendo has continued to score goals but he is better suited in a wide position for me. |  |

Its not as easy as just signing a few players. Next season will be a lot tougher (the dreaded second season). We're going to need this seasons nearlys to be ready to play at the required level week in week out. (ie Tanser, Camps, Cannon, Logan, Bunney, RNL) | |

If we can get our defence sorted out then that will go a long, long way to at least maintaining our League 1 status next season. It is vital to replace JOC and as quite a few are pointing out Lancashire is suspect, and ideally should be replaced. We all know though, that with Logan in the net, that alone will give the whole defence much needed confidence and solidity.
Keith and Chris are more than aware of the need to build from the back.
Not to forget our youngsters. They will have had a good season under their belts and that should be good for next season. Then we are looking to the new youngsters breaking into the team and seeing what they have to offer.
Much will depend on our top players leaving as to whether there will be bigger changes.
We have the basis of a very good squad who know how Hilly wants them to play.

They should become our regular fullbacks next season, which means no messing about with playing them in midfield. If we're short in midfield during a game, Cannon can step in and for that reason I'd retain Rafferty as cover - still got a lot of learning to do - all three have.
I'd also like to see Kennedy stay, as cover on the left side of defence for a more commanding CB and fullback. I could also see him stepping into the Bennett role, so he'd be a very versatile member of the squad. | |

Approximately 4 first team players that mean that Camps, Tanser, Cannon, Hery, RNL etc have to fight tooth, nail and skin to get into the first XI
I've excluded Jamie Allen from that list as I personally think he is already League 1 standard and is deserving of a first XI position already.
