Impossible to say there's a direct connection, but becoming unduly short of breath is a recognised symptom. Not necessarily career-defining, at least i hope not, and no doubt the club will be taking advice on how to manage his training |

I am curious though what specifically caused City to pull out of a move for him based on a condition that RAFC know about and are happy to have him play every match.
