A couple of years ago ( or longer ) didn't Jim get fined by the EFL for something . A couple of grand and the Morecombe fans had a whip round to pay his fine. |

He received a £750 fine with £250 costs and a two match touchline ban[6] from the FA after a personal hearing. At the following home game, a 4—1 victory over Notts County, Morecambe fans held a 'bucket collection' and raised the £1,000.

Interesting observation, Mike, about the crowd. I think that is a societal issue, though, associated with the "age of entitlement", rather than an idiosyncrasy of an RAFC crowd. I know you weren't suggesting the latter btw. |  |
