Is this a Birmingham away match thread? 13:48 - Sep 22 with 54161 viewsdutch

Is nobody going to start one? Does that mean this is one? If so I reckon another draw, another goal for Dykes, possibly a pen. Have I got the protocol correct I've never done this before? Should I mention it's Birmingham away?

Not one decent set piece. Where's the set piece coach again?

Fortunately Brum's aren't a whole lot better

Everyone seems happy so far with 0-0. Wait for the meltdown if they score.

Personally I think it’s a pretty shyte game.

Well it's all relative isn't it?

Dykes is playing with Chair behind Armstrong. He is our centre forward - Ainsworth is playing him in position normally operated by Willock - very strange.

Having Sinclair furthest forward allows Ainsworth to set up as deep as we play, because he's the out ball. In possession Dykes is pushing up alongside him. It does rely upon Dykes adopting a midfield roles out of possession, which he seems to do well today and against Cardiff. Ultimately lack of squad depth means we need to fit square pegs in round holes

Great cross from Albert, Dykes' header brilliantly saved

Great cross Albert, good header Dykes but excellent Ruddy save

How the fck did that stay out?
Dykes fantastic downward header from 6 yards but straight down the middle, no idea how Ruddy got to that

Let's all note that thing Willock just did, because he's started to do it recently

Dykes held in box, nothing given. Clear penalty by letter of law but he wasn't getting near the ball, we'd have been annoyed if it had been given the other way

Better since Willock has come on. Dozzell is awol. Kakay has been poor and Armstrong is always offside. Set piece delivery has been atrocious.
