Had to laugh when I saw the score this morning, went to bed with Oz 6 down for 90 odd, I thought finally England have turned up. At the back of my mind I was thinking, hang on, wait til we bat on this pitch, lo and behold all out for 110, our top 4 contributing a grand total of 8 runs between them. 8 batsmen scoring 5 runs or less, you wouldn’t think that was possible at this level. |  |

Crawley was brought into the team to bat at 3 and did such a good job they moved him to open. Given the failures of Pope and bizarre inclusion of Bethell maybe we should move Crawley back to 3 and find another opener. |  |
