Possession based but with very quick transitional play. More emphasis on getting the ball forwards through the lines. He likes to see his players shoot on sight so for me if they buy in …
He does though need to sit down and review Ronald at this moment in time, onnthe ball on the wing he can be okay, crossing is absolutely shocking.
This certainly sounds like it suits Vipotnik. Particularly if we can get players anticipating when he’s going to shoot on sight and charging in for rebounds.
Galbraith isn’t bad from distance either. Been unlucky a couple of times

Eon has a decent shot from distance.

The captain is and should be Ben the lad is a unit and could have moved on. But Cam should be vice captain min . Everyone can see that Cam doesn’t mess around at the back does he. The most vocal out of the entire squad.
A liability for me on the floor and looks very much like it isn’t his game.
A great believer in taking anything you like to wherever you want to.

Yes. Maybe with a 5 iron but both his feet are weak as pi$$. Eom trained hard over the summer but still looks too weak for this league, a loan move to League 1 may be good for him.
Franco is player who likes a long shot.

We are taking one hell of a risk bringing in a manager and 3 assistants, with very limited knowledge of the league they’ve signed up for. At this moment in time we are in a relegation battle. Good luck to them doubling, or is it trebling their wages, who wouldn’t ?and obviously we all wish them nothing but the very best In trying to sorting this mess out. I know this sounds a bit dramatic, but could this be the last throw of the dice as far as investors are concerned? They’ll hardly want their names associated with failure, and the hiring and firing that’s been self evident since they became involved with Swansea City fc. How did the owners and board become so successful in their businesses, when they make so many basic footballing intelligence mistakes, when it comes time to running a professional football club ?
Matos is being assisted by Joe Allen and Leon Brittain at the moment, so there is plenty of knowledge of the league there.

Also the majority know and respect Joe after playing with him last year and Leon has been in every division in the club. Add Curt and you’ve got the full set.
I saw a picture of VM with his arm around a beaming Ronald on X just now - hopefully a good sign. A left field appointment it is but I’m praying it works out for him as if so we are back on the up. A new RB in the window and we are back in business although it will be a barometer if Key starts picking up form. 🤞

If Matos stops expecting our full backs to provide the crosses and defend at the same time it will be a positive start. Tymon [our best player for assists] and Key who played well on Saturday in my opinion can't do both, they push up and the opposition play the ball behind them and there is no cover. We partly resolved that with three at the back, but Sheehan couldn't balance the midfield. Hopefully Matos can see our problems quickly and resolve them.

I'm normally very optimistic mate but we have been kicked in the teeth so many times the last couple of seasons its demoralising. I was extremely excited about this season after the summer but we seem worse than ever. I have no confidence in the recruitment set up because it seems very hit and miss, we have signed a couple of excellent players, a couple of good players and several who don't seem to fit. We haven't built a team. Now that could 100% be down to the coaching, but even if the coaching is bad players should still be able to beat a man, shoot and defend. Hopefully Matos will come in and turn the team around and get them all playing well and then the recruitment team can be praised for recruiting the manager and the players, but the track record so far is not good in my opinion.
I am more optimistic after seeing the Matos/Gorringe press conference. When asked about the quality of the squad Matos replied "we have a good squad but we need to build a team" or words to that effect. Exactly what some of us have stated for weeks. He's watched one game and been here a couple days with the players and already identified our problem, I'm feeling a lot more positive. Hopefully the recruitment team will utilise the coach more and provide the players to make a team instead of talented individuals.

Things will not change overnight. We may get a new manager bounce but there is a lot of work to be done with the squad to have an effective team.
Agreed on all 3 points.
A plus point we have cabango and tymon back, id rest burgess, hes played, correct ne if I am wrong almost every minute this season including the internationals.

If he coaches Ronald to actually take on a player, and cross it successfully into the box, he will be a football genius.

Thought the three at the back with Casey in the middle worked because of his reading of the game, his pace which Canango can achieve but Casey's seems a lot more mobile whilst also tales very few chances, is he inexperienced oobviously but it allows us to play both Key and Tymon as wingbacks, mo need for wingers who are struggling, do you go with the two attacking and two defending midfielders and the loan striker very much like Martin's team set up but that shape must be adaptable during games. Inoussa and Widell in behind the centre forward worked a treat against Man City until we dropped too far loosing any threat up top which at any level you just cannot do. As for Vipotnik or Idah two very different skill sets you could ask the question would they compliment each other 4-4-2? One thing I thought we were reluctant to do against Derby was as they high pressed us we didn't try the early ball in behind their defensive line maybe under instructions to keep the ball on the floor, We shall see how and if the coaching staff can get a tune out of the team because the turmoil at the club is evident and the supporters are drifting away.

Some thick sad lonely people don’t see it of course. Not on here.
Loneliness is a big issue for many these days My visits to residential premises sees many who are lonely and sad Isolation is a significant and cruel part of modern life as folk are not as engaging and certainly not as helpful As to what defines somebody as thick is subjective I look around at the pierced , tattooed , loud mouthed and device obsessed as such Because someone doesn’t understand someone , they tend to regard him as stupid
