Is anyone watching this? I’m loving it. There’ve been some absolutely brilliant matches on so far.
One of my highlights so far was Jermaine Jenas’ choice a couple of weeks ago of the Arsenal United match, with Keane and Vieira going at each other in the tunnel. Pure aggression and two warriors at the peak of their power, then going to back it up with some sublime football on the pitch. I bloody miss rivalries like that! |  | | |  |

I've not been able to bring myself to watch them, but for similar reasons
There's something elemental about those great rivalries, and sometimes just mental!

It's an OK programme, but it would be nice if they could go a bit more retro, back to the time when most of the presenters and pundits were playing and before the Premier League had started.
I know there wasn't as much coverage and footage from then, but I'm sure they could have found some if they had wanted to.
In fact, just like BT and ITV4 have shown The Big Match Revisited, the BBC could have gone more retro with MOTD for a bit of variety and a trip down Memory Lane for us oldies! |  |
