Given the managements lack of confidence in any of the keeper we had through most of Collis time here I am surprised he did not go earlier. If he agreed with all the keeper changes that Hill went through, then what had he been doing to build confidence and increase skill levels.
Keeper was the most chaotic position we had. Now things have settled down and the keepers are performing decent, aside from distribution, he leaves. The timing seems strange. I expect him to have another club lined up,

It could be that keeper coaches are now expected to include distribution from within the six yard box as part of their skillset, in which case there's going to be quite a few looking for alternative employment
