Up the Dale - NOT for sale!
Poll: Is it coming home?

Another young lad. Bolstering the midfield with Olly moving on. We might have a midfield with Morley being the most experienced.

Poll: What are we more excited for?

20 years old, 6'2", whats not to like? He is short of game time and will have been watching Grant get games and thinking "thats what I need" . Its getting interesting. Now, how about a left back and maybe another forward?

Think this could be a big season for Morley

Having Stockdale in charge will hopefully release him to take a more dominant role, and playing at a level below what he's experienced so far this could be the making of him

Having new lads around him will help too, and as has been said, it's looking like quality counts with perhaps Brierley snapping at their heels if any of them falter

Chance for Grant to do something similar too

Welcome to Broadbent, he'll have to fight for his place and rightly so

What worries me is not is quality, but lack of league experience, in that he has none and we all know there some experienced players that will teach the inexperienced players a harsh lesson in league football.

However it is better then now't, we need a RB, in that Keohane can play effectively at left back and a striker.

He has some experience playing in the Belgian league and in the Premier League 2. Sooner or later he'll have to cope in mens' football and I think this is a great opportunity for both George and the club.

Again, I'm sure the manager is doing his best given budgetary restrictions, etc, etc...

In a show of goodwill to the fans, could our new benefactor, Mr. Andy Curran, not use his Swindon connections to help us sign the recently released Zeki Fryers and former Swindon strikers Nicky Ajose?

He played a total of six minutes in the Belgian league.

Tangled up in blue.

A 6”2 midfielder. Sounds like he is more in the Ethan Hamilton mode than than a Connor O’shaunessy type, which most will be glad about. Sure he is short on experience, but we are a league 2 club now, we have to trawl in deeper waters than this time last year. Hopefully we will want to extend the loan. Appears to meet the physicality criteria that RS referred to when he joined. Interesting that 2 of the 3 signed didn’t trial with us prior to signing. I still expect to see some loanees from clubs that RS has spent time at recently. Come on Robbie bag us a 20 goal striker and we will give you until Christmas before any moaning starts.

So hard to predict how we will get on this season even with this glut of signings and a couple more to follow.

I’d like to see a bit more experience brought in if possible to help keep us away from any trouble.
