 | Forum Thread | Sub keeper by truenorth at 12:57 27 Feb 2026
Jim’s clearly not too fussed about having a sub keeper on the bench – think you’ve got to go back to October for the last time we saw one. Heaven forbid… but if Oli goes down, who’s pulling the gloves on? TN |

Does anyone have the link to the final report from the OBI director on the pitch work? Not the Andy Duff report on 19/01.It was very detailed about the stages of work done. I want to send it to an even longer-suffering Dale fan who would love to see it. |

Sadly stepping down at the end of this season. Such a shame to see him leave and I hope this is only a blip in delivering the 3 & 5 year plans. The stability we have seen during his tenure and the finger he has on the pulse of the club have us in a good place off the pitch. Good luck and thanks, Andy. https://rochdaleafc.co.uk/andy |

 | Forum Thread | Mirroring by frenzied at 12:08 19 Feb 2026
Is our tussle with York mirroring the battle between Arsenal and City ? City and York both have the momentum whilst Arsenal and Dale have both had a couple of draws recently. Arsenal have a local derby coming up whilst Dale have a short trip to Halifax next week. At least Dale are still playing well..Arsenal were dreadful for a lot of the game last night. Dale and Arsenal still have the advantage..just a question of nerve now |
 | Forum Thread | BBC radio Manchester by meeee at 12:05 18 Feb 2026
Over the last 2 weeks I’ve listened to the Forest Green home game on BBC radio Gloucestershire, I’ve listened to the Yeovil away game on BBC radio Somerset and listened to the Scunthorpe home game on BBC radio Humberside. I’d always assumed it was standard practice for local BBC stations to just stop covering teams once they drop into non league but it seems like it’s just a radio Manchester thing. Local radio is supposed to serve local listeners and I see no reason why they should stop covering a side just because they drop into non league. You can guarantee that a few seasons ago had Bolton been relegated into the national league when they were going through their financial troubles there’s no chance they would’ve stopped covering them. I’d love to know what the reasoning is behind dropping a teams coverage just because they drop out of the EFL |

Is it really fair on him to throw him into the starting line up in a massive promotion game (that's what every game is now) when he's not even been in a matchday squad for nearly a month? |

For those of us who are exiled and couldn't get to the forum last night, was there anything of note to share? It seems to be all quiet on here today |
 | Forum Thread | Devante Rodney by samueloneils at 13:45 13 Feb 2026
I must confess to being a huge Devante Rodney fan. He must scare defenders to death with his power and strong running game. Last season with that amazing burst of 8 goals in 7 games, he pulled us up from 6/7th to 4th in the league with help from Hendo. But he did that as the main striker with the demise of Mitchell. This season he seems to be trying too hard to score at so many opportunities when his assists for Mani D in particular would be just as valuable as any goal. He is such a dangerous player and few teams have that advantage. |

By my reckoning (and I'm prepared to stand corrected)......only Burger and Pettit are to register in the league this season (I know that there are other outfield players but with minimal / no appearances). Just goes to show how tnany different payers are contributing to the goals tally! |
