We've got the great films thread but what are some of the shockers you've seen?
Communion with Christopher Walken. He's in every scene, overacts SO badly, and it makes no sense. Plus he's wearing a very tall trilby which is just plain wrong.
Years ago, I watched "The perfect storm" on video - whatever that is - with three friends.
About 30 minutes in, I nodded off.
When I awoke, with the film still rolling on, I discovered that everyone else was asleep.
Such a dull film
"Things had started becoming increasingly desperate at Loftus Road but QPR have been handed a massive lifeline and the place has absolutely erupted. it's carnage. It's bedlam. It's 1-1."
Body of Evidence -A lawyer defends a woman (Madonna) accused of killing her older lover by having sex with him.
On a date night. I laughed at the sex scenes so uncontrollably that I was asked to leave the cinema. When I turned around, I realised that my date hadn't left with me.
"The opposite of love, after all, is not hate, but indifference."

Funny thing taste! I loved the Perfect Storm, still think it's a good movie.
I think we've had a worst film thread on here before, too. I've seen some absolute garbage in my time and Rock Star, with Wahlberg and Aniston, is right up there. Only went to see it because a mate recommended. Never trusted his taste since.
I watched this first about 15 years ago and seem to remember enjoying it. Then about a year ago I bought it in a Charity shop for about £1. Thought it was a load of crap second time around, it hasn’t aged well at all. Funny how tastes change.
I used to think that Alien vs. Predator: Requiem was the worst film ever. It certainly is awful in every respect but last year I saw a film that out did it considerably and that is Skinamarink.
The premise is that two kids wake up in the middle of the night in their house but their parents have disappeared and there are now no windows or doors. Sounds like an okay premise for a horror film right?
Well. Here's the thing. For a film to be a film I reckon you need a few basics. You need a story. I mean not even a good one but a story nonetheless. This film doesn't really have one. There's that premise but it's never explained or really acted on. It barely counts.
You need to be able to see what's going on. You can't. In this film the camera is generally pointed at a ceiling or a floor. It's F*CKING SHIT.
You need to be able to hear what's going on. You can't. The few lines of dialogue in the film are basically inaudible. You have to put on the subtitles and when you do it doesn't in any way advance the story.
There's no real ending. That's a common one in films but here it's weird because there's no start or middle either.
Here's the trailer. Imagine this for nearly two hours. Just this. And the whole 'In this house' line isn't in the film. And that's literally the only actual thing in the trailer.
It's F*CKING SHIT.
Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. Stefan Moore, Stefan Moore running down the wing. He runs like a cheetah, his crosses couldn't be sweeter. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore. Stefan Moore.
Any of the prequels and sequels to the original Star Wars Trilogy. Ruined childhood memories after sitting through 90 minutes of The Phantom Menace. Utter, utter garbage, and 20 odd years later I'm still angry.

Dusk to Dawn 2,3,4 etc Starship Troopers 2,3,4 etc General theory if the sequel is crap the sequel of the sequel sequel is very crap.

No way, I love In Bruges!
Haven’t watched it for a while admittedly but I can still quote so many lines from it
Same team that did Banshees of Inisherrin which also split opinion
It's A wonderful Life. Finally relented and watched it after people told me what a classic it was... WTAF.Mawkish maudlin crap.Made you want to eat your own eyeballs.

I’ve read some right old bollox on here over the years but this post is a downright disgrace Sir!
Great, great film!
Worst film of all time is without doubt Holmes & Watson: the least funny comedy of all time. What on earth was Will Ferrell doing?
Saltburn..... cardinal sin of listening and reading the reviews, stating it is a modern day classic reflecting blah blah blah.... Sat down with my lass who you have to know is a nurse of some 60 years... so nothing turns her stomach.... got to the outdoor scene where the guys goes down on this bird at the wrong time of the month .... squirm... then over to the bath scene.... remote snatched from my vice like grip and channel changed.... enough of that.... fair enough love Utter sh!te
