I am surprised that more is not being said about that foul on Smyth by Grimes at 0-0. In the Lower School End I was livid; it looked stonewall. Now I have seen it quite a few times on replay, I am even more sure.
Yet, some on here suggested it would have been "soft" and ITV didn't show it in their highlight reel.
So what am I missing?

Find it wild that in a league with £millions on the line we have to account for referee bias with game changing decisions like this. Yeah, I'm still not sure on it. Their lad wanted a soft free kick in the build up to our second, he didn't give that either. He was even-handed. | |
