Wrexham on 11:36 - Mar 15 with 964 views | jack247 | Big difference between supporting Wales and supporting league clubs just because they are Welsh. I’ve no affinity with Wrexham, Newport, Merthyr or anyone else. Certainly not Cardiff. I hope they don’t go up. Mainly because they’d be a bigger threat than Wycombe with all the extra revenue their owners bring.

I do not see why Welsh people cannot love being British and Welsh simultaneously. Your use of the Union flag as a moniker to be a little anti Welsh culture is disappointing. We are stuck with the English whether we like it or not as they are a our trading partners. It was the same for the English and the EU.

Then you’ll be delighted with Cardiff’s result today then?! Apparently, Blackburn were awarded a penalty which, if scored woukd have equalised. But in unprecedented fashion, the fourth official steps in and the ref changed his mind. They have the luck of the devil and will survive because if that this season. After today, I’m not as confident that we will but we can all hope. And as for Wrexham, I don’t dislike them purely because they are Welsh. I just hate the fact they’ve been bankrolled and are strutting around arrogantly at the moment. They need a reality check.

I refuse to be shut down. Guess what I was pleased Cardiff scored. I want all these Welsh clubs in the championship. It would be great. I am not a typical fan. I call out how poorly the fans have performed as owners. They walked away from £20m and no one said anything. That is because they were either very dim or cowards to scared to speak up. They also engage and join in with filthy slurs targeted at them. Cap doffers. It is no surprise many of them want to abolish the WAG and have English public school guys run the place. They will approve more wind turbines, chicken farms and pylons. [Post edited 15 Mar 19:06]

Not your type of Swansea city supporter. A new breed perhaps. I do not sing " we know what we are". Swansea fans were given 20% ownership for pennies but are now wilting to 5% doe to poor management. The members were weak..

One who doesn't watch us live, is happy when Cardiff score and continually criticises true supporters. New breed my backside.

why does every post move back to the Trust? Be kind and think about how you post - the Trust board are volunteers. If you had got involved in 2015-2016 you could have made a difference. Even an ex Swans board member is calling out the current regime on social media.
Wrexham on 20:02 - Mar 15 with 578 views | majorraglan | Personally I hope Wrexham do come up, it’ll be a boost for Welsh football and will hopefully be a big game for the Swans next year. A game against Wrexham will pull a bigger crowd that one against Wycombe.

I believe in fan ownership but they must accept responsibility. The legal case was completely illogical and did a lot of damage. The fans are partly responsible for the clubs current drift in my opinion. The Trust were recommending the removal of a very experienced chairman who had the vision and would not have accepted so many stale performances.

For many English, then the terms England and Britain are interchangeable. So when an English person says that they are British then its no big deal. But the same logic also applies to the Celtic nations….. If a welshman says he is British then he is compromising his welshness and embracing Englishness to an extent. Welsh people are unwilling to make such a compromise. Say No to TeamGB.

Well that's wrong, plenty of Welsh people consider themselves British which is reflected in the majority wanting to reamin in tje Union. PS, peo;le don't hate Wrexham they simply don't support them because Wrexham are not "their" team. You don't get people in Fulham hoping Orient do well simply because they from the same part of the world.

I envisage it having a similar impact to what has happened at Swansea since 2003. The club’s success brought more money in to the area, jobs but more importantly increased the standard of players which is something we’ve seen at a national level with the number of Swans players who are in the Wales squad.

If they got to the Premier League playing the football we were back then it might. Getting to the Championship playing Tony Pulis football would be great for Wrexham. Don’t think it would do a lot for Wales. Plus, as a Welshman who doesn’t speak Welsh, I find the people of North Wales amongst the most obnoxious in the UK
