We couldn’t give him a scholarship as we can only keep our AA status for one more year. We wouldn’t be allowed to sign him. It was explained at the forum that the best thing for the player was to help him find a club.
It was never clarified if we would get anything in terms of a fee.
The only way it could have been different was if we got promoted this season. If we get promoted next season we can still keep our AA status but that’s not guaranteed | | | |
