If Smyth had stayed on, could have gone with him, but has to be Kone for me, the guy is a total warhorse.
When his touch eludes him, he still manages to hold onto the ball with sheer strength. His runs help make space for others and so pleased for him, he scored with a solid pen and then the final strike was very well deserved, and an amazing scoreline which at 4 - 1 up, I said to guy next to me, I thought the game was a 1 - 1 game, in terms of how the game had gone up to then.

I think it was tied between Smyth, Edwards and Kolli. Smyth for giving us a great start with the first and third goals. If Ronnie hadn't made blocks and covered we would have been 3-2 not 4-1 and it could have played out very differently. Kolli for putting the game beyond them. | | | |

Smyth was great today. 2 lovely finishes snd his directness tore them apart so man of the match closely followed by Kolli . I thought his all round game was so much better and you can see him growing the more he plays .
Difficult decision on Kolli next season as he needs to play games .

Really happy for Kone to get a brace today. At 4-1 I was feeling a bit sorry for him as he'd played well but if you're the main striker and haven't scored any of your teams 4 goals then you couldn't be blamed for feeling a little aggrieved.
I was a bit worried for him when he stepped up for the pen but he buried it. And his 2nd was a great finish. Very happy for him.

He has some class, no doubt, IMO. He could be very good.
I still thing his natural position is a ball playing 8, perhaps no. 10, if we’re playing a dangerously good side.
If we had an solid offer for Madsen, I’d sell him and play Vale there instead. |  | | |
